1) Start up your internet browser and go to Smokin Mils' official forums.
2) Click the IRC Dicing link in the navigation bar at the top of the forum.
3) For "Nickname" enter your Runescape display name
4) Click 'Connect' and you should successfully join our Dicing IRC channel.

When you are in Smokin_Dice IRC you will see the other members also in the channel.

OPs (Gold star/Red name/'@' symbol) - These are Dicing Admins or Dicing Bots. Our Dicing bot is called 'Smokin_Dice'. Dicing Admins have the ability to kick anyone from the channel.
Halfops (Silver star/Orange name/'%' symbol) - These are members of the Dicing Management. They have the ability to kick any host and better from the channel.
Voiced (Blue name/'+' symbol) - These are official Smokin Dice hosts.
Unvoiced (Black name/no symbol) - These are spectators or betters. Betters must follow hosts+ instructions for a successful, smooth wager.

You must act in a responsible and mature way when you are in the channel.
Speak to EVERYONE with respect.
If you have an issue then query/private message (right click on the member's name and select query) a member of the dicing management or admin with your problem.
Dicing Management will then look into the issue and get it resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Do NOT spam the channel, that is a quick and definate way to get kicked and possibly banned from the channel.
Do not perform the commands before the host tells you to. That is just another form of spamming and will get you kicked from the channel.
Remember, if you have ANY questions then PLEASE ask a member of Dicing Management. They are there to help.


This system has a random number generator that uses virtual 2,6 sided dice.
Exactly the same principle as Runescape's in-game dice.

Process:

If you wish to place a wager you must trade an official Smokin Dice host in-game (look for their rank in the friends chat 'SM Dicing' and beware of imposters)
Place your offer of RSGP if the host is open or match your opponent's offer if a previous wager is still pending.

The host will then tell you to wait for his/her command.
ONLY once the host enters the command and gives you permission should you roll your dice.
The IRC command to roll your dice is: !roll

Below is an example roll between myself and Corowns.
In this example i am the BETTER and Corowns is the HOST of the dice duel and the BETTER who matched my wager.



As you can see, in this example I won the dice duel with a winning '6' compared to Corown's '5'

Corowns, who is acting as the HOST of this dice duel would then trade me IN-GAME and give me my winnings.
The same dicing rules apply, 5% of the total pot is taken as commission for the host.

If i were to have lost the dice duel then i would recieve nothing back. Exactly the same rules apply as the old in-game dicing.

Ahh, now i get it. I did wonder how dicing had carried on after the removing of dice from the game. I will be sure to do this in future. Just dont tell my bank, i always go too far and get cleaned
